Upcoming in Gray Wolves Basketball: Lourdes continues into the back half of its schedule this week with three games. The Gray Wolves will continue their three-game road trip on Wednesday at Concordia at 6 p.m., before traveling to Aquinas on Saturday for a 1 p.m. tipoff. Lourdes returns home on Monday evening as they step outside of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference and welcome Wilberforce to the Ebeid Rec Center at 7 p.m.

Head Coach John Kenger: First-year head coach
John Kenger will guide the Gray Wolf bench this season. Kenger owns a 6-10 (.375) record with the Gray Wolves. Overall as a women's collegiate head coach, Kenger has a 45-64 (.413) record in four seasons. Â He is the fourth head coach in Lourdes program's history.
Series Notes: Lourdes is 1-13 all-time against Concordia. The Gray Wolves' lone victory in the series came in the form of a 79-60 victory on January 7, 2015. Lourdes is still searching for its first victory in Ann Arbor. The Gray Wolves and Aquinas will meet for the 15th time in the all-time series between the two schools. Lourdes is looking for its first victory in the series as Aquinas is  14-0 all-time against the Gray Wolves. Lourdes meets Wilberforce just the fifth time in the programs history. Lourdes is 3-1 all-time against the Bulldogs.
Wrapping Up Last Week: Lourdes went 1-2 in the first week of 2019. The Gray Wolves dropped a 92-70 decision at Northwestern Ohio last Wednesday. In their first home action of the New Year, Lourdes dropped a heartbreaking 58-56 decision to Lawrence Tech. Lourdes got back on track on Monday afternoon as it picked up an impressive 84-39 victory at Great Lakes Christian.
Scouting Concordia: The Cardinals hold a half-game over Lourdes in the WHAC standings entering Wednesday's matchup. Reigning WHAC Player of the Week, Katie Snow, currently leads the team, and ranks second in the WHAC, tallying 15.8 points per outing. Snow also leads the league, and ranks second nationally in NAIA Division II, with 61 steals. Snow also leads the Cardinals in rebounding, pulling down 6.4 rebounds per contest, while J'may Simmons is second on the team, averaging 5.9 boards per outing.
Scouting Aquinas: Aquinas looks to keep pace in the WHAC standings as it enters the week. The Saints will put their two-game win streak on the line at Lawrence Tech before meeting Lourdes on Saturday for the second time this season. Four Saints average double-figures, led by 13.1 points per contest from Bri Spica. Michaela Faber's 12.6 points per game rank second on the team while Hannah Brefeld and Carley Andrews also average double-figures at 11.4 and 11.3 points per contest, respectively. Each ranks in the top 15 in the WHAC in scoring. Spica is tied for second in the WHAC, sinking 48 three-pointers this season. Andrews leads the team and ranks second in the conference with 46 steals.
Scouting Wilberforce: The Bulldogs will host Wright State-Lake and Great Lakes Christian before traveling to Sylvania on Monday. Nia McCormcik currently leads Wilberforce offensively, scoring 11.5 points per contest, while Mustafa Notter is second on the team with 10.3 points per game. Notter leads the team in rebounding, pulling down 8.2 rebounds per game, while Dameras Whitlock has handed out a team-best 17 assists this season. Notter is the only Bulldog to start every game this season.
Getting Back In The Win Column: Lourdes made its way back into the win column in impressive fashion on Monday afternoon. The Gray Wolves defeated Great Lakes Christian 84-39, scoring their fourth-highest point total of the season in the victory.
Keeping Pace In The WHAC:
Christiana Jefferson currently leads the team and is second in the WHAC, handing out 4.33 assists per contest. The senior is on pace to lead the team in assists and assists per contest for the second straight season.
Double Trouble: Jami Hardy and
Sirena Pitts made their presence felt last week as the pair each recorded a double-double. Hardy finished with 12 points and 10 rebounds in the Gray Wolves matchup with Lawrence Tech before Pitts notched her first career double-double with a 10-point and 12-rebound effort in the victory over Great Lakes Christian.
Getting A Solid Effort Off The Bench: The Lourdes bench took full advantage of their time on the court against Great Lakes Christian. Four of the nonstarters tallied double-figures for the Gray Wolves in the contest as

Sirena Pitts all scored in double figures.
