Final Results

Entering the final round in third place, Lourdes made up a seven-stroke deficit on second place Ohio Northern to earn runner-up honors at the Beaver Fall Classic on Sunday at Bluffton Golf Club in Bluffton, Ohio.
 
The Gray Wolves fired a final round 314 to post 631, finishing 16 shots in back of champion College of Wooster.  Lourdes finished three shots ahead of third place Ohio Northern.
 
"The guys played really well in the wind and the cold," head coach Gil Guerrero said afterwards.  "We had a really good finish."
 
Alban Bruyas (Grenoble, France/Lycee Philippine Duchesne) tied for third individually after firing a final round 76 to finish the tournament at 153.  He was six shots behind College of Wooster's Krishang Nayak and Bluffton's Evan Kujawa, both of whom finished at 147.
 
Jack Murphy (Wilmington, Ohio/Wilmington H.S.) carded the Gray Wolves' best final round, shooting 73 on Sunday over the 6,411-yard, par-72 course.  He finished fifth at 155.  Hunter DeWeese (Wilmington, Ohio/Wilmington H.S.) also earned a top-10 finish, posting an 81 to finish at 158, tying for ninth place.
 
Isaac Simmons (Genoa, Ohio/Genoa H.S.) rounded out the scoring for the Gray Wolves with an 84 to post 165 while Jovan Vann (Delta, Ohio/Delta H.S.) shot 86 to finish at 171.
 
Lourdes will conclude its fall schedule on Monday at the Cleary Invitational.  Play begins at 10:30 a.m. at Oak Point Country Club in Brighton, Mich.
