Wrapping Up Last Week: Lourdes jumped out to a 13-point lead on Wednesday evening (Nov. 30) and hung on for a 68-64 victory over Aquinas.  Mercedes Wagner came off the bench to score 15 points while Emma Pedroza added 12 more.  Nadeen Jemaa chipped in 11 points for the Gray Wolves.  On Saturday, Lawrence Tech edged Lourdes 56-52 in a game that featured 13 lead changes and seven ties.  Winter Richburg paced the Gray Wolves with 10 points coming off the bench.

Scouting Madonna: The Crusaders are still looking for their first victory of the season after falling 61-50 on Wednesday evening at Spring Arbor.  Delani Robinson leads Madonna averaging 7.5 points per game while Ti'Syn Callahan adds 7.2 points per night.  On the glass, Jac'Ana Anderson is the team's leading rebounder, pulling down 4.3 boards per night.

Scouting Kentucky Christian: The Knights enter the week having dropped a 63-51 decision at home against Point last Saturday (Dec. 3).  Kentucky Christian travels to Cincinnati Clermont on Thursday and Columbia International on Saturday prior to hosting the Gray Wolves.  Jada Higgins paces the Knight offense, averaging 15.8 points per game while grabbing 6.3 rebounds per contest.  Abby West adds 9.8 points per night for Kentucky Christian.

Richburg Matches Career High: Winter Richburg led Lourdes in scoring on Saturday against Lawrence Tech with her first double figure game of the season and second of her career.  The sophomore guard matched her career-high with 10 points.  She also scored 10 last season at Cornerstone on Feb. 19.

Jemaa Also Has Season High: Nadeen Jemaa scored 11 points last Wednesday in the victory over Aquinas.  For the Gray Wolf guard, the 11 points marked a season high and was the second time this year she has scored in double figures.  She tallied 10 to open the year against Mount Vernon Nazarene.  Jemaa's career high is 14, coming against Rochester (Mich.) on Jan. 24 of last season.

Forcing Turnovers: Lourdes has forced an average of 20.0 turnovers per game from the opposition this season.  The Gray Wolves were able to pressure Aquinas into 25 miscues last Wednesday, the fifth time this season an opponent has turned the ball over at least 22 times against Lourdes.
