Upcoming in Gray Wolves Lacrosse: Lourdes will host three games in a six-day span beginning Wednesday afternoon when Rochester (Mich.) comes to Wildcat Stadium.  Madonna visits Sylvania on Saturday afternoon before Thomas More arrives on Monday night for the final non-conference game of the year.

Head Coach Sierra Wagoner: In her third season on the Lourdes sidelines, Sierra Wagoner has a 4-18 (.182) record at the helm of the Gray Wolves and as a collegiate head coach.  Wagoner is the fourth head coach in the program's history.

Series Notes: Lourdes is 2-0 all-time against Rochester (Mich.) in a series that began March 23, 2019.  Last season, the Gray Wolves downed the Warriors 20-3 in Pontiac, Mich.  Lourdes won the only previous game at Wildcat Stadium 22-1 in 2019.  The Gray Wolves hold a 4-2 series edge over Madonna dating back to April 10, 2017.  The Crusaders have won the last two meetings though, including a 25-6 decision at Wildcat Stadium last season.  Lourdes is 2-1 against Madonna at home.  Thomas More defeated the Gray Wolves 13-9 on March 5, 2022 in Crestview Hills, Ky. in the only previous meeting between the two schools.

Wrapping Up Last Week: Lourdes opened the home season on Wednesday (March 22), falling 17-10 to Siena Heights.  Amelia McCourt scored five times and Sarah Przyojski added four more goals while Danielle Jackson made 12 saves in the cage.  On Saturday, Aquinas pulled away over the final three quarters for a 21-4 win.  McCourt tallied a pair of goals while Jackson had 14 stops in net.

Scouting Rochester (Mich.): The Warriors are still seeking their first win of the season after falling 23-0 at Lawrence Tech on Saturday.  Jessica Cadman and Brynn LeBlanc have scored Rochester's lone two goals this season while Lauren Gangwer sports a 22.50 goals against average and a .286 save percentage.

Scouting Madonna: The Crusaders have lost four straight after falling 17-16 in overtime to Bethel (Ind.) on Saturday.  Madonna faces Siena Heights on Wednesday before playing Lourdes.  Aria Gettel has a team-high 24 goals and eight assists for 32 points while Mia Dyson has scored 17 times.  In goal, Hannah Dickson has played every minutes, notching a 17.03 goals against average and a .377 save percentage.

Scouting Thomas More: The Saints have won two straight after defeating Franklin 18-8 on Saturday.  Thomas More travels to Tennessee Wesleyan on Wednesday before heading to Lourdes.  Meg Pierani has scored 26 times and has 16 assists for 42 points while Gracey Robinson has 35 points on 20 goals and 15 helpers.  In net, Jaya Jensen sports a 14.90 goals against average and a .326 save percentage.

Winning Draws: Lourdes has won 66 draws this season while yielding just 58 draw controls to their opponents.  Amelia McCourt leads the way with 21 draw controls while Sarah Przyojski has 18 and Jordin Rawski has 15 more.

Scoring Machines: Four players have accounted for all but four of the Gray Wolves' 59 goals this season.  Amelia McCourt leads Lourdes with 25 goals this season while Sarah Przyojski has 15 more.  Joelle Rawski has scored eight times while her sister Jordin Rawski has seven goals.

On the Career Charts: Amelia McCourt has moved into the top-five on the career scoring charts at Lourdes.  The sophomore now has 55 goals in just over a season, passing Jessie Frost (2014-2016) for fifth all-time.  She is seven goals behind Faith Fisher (2014-2015) for fourth on the career list.  Her 64 career points rank fifth on the school's all-time list, seven behind fisher for fourth place.
 
Matching the School Record: Lourdes tied the school record for goals in a game, scoring 23 times in the win at Truett McConnell, on March 8, matching the mark originally set on March 15, 2018 in a 23-3 victory at home against Bethel (Ind.).

Lourdes Tabbed Ninth in the WHAC: Lourdes was predicted to finish in ninth place in the WHAC this season in the preseason balloting of the league's head coaches.  The Gray Wolves were picked just behind Marian and ahead of Rochester (Mich.) in the voting.  

This and That: Sydney Duran has paced the defenders with 10 ground balls and three caused turnovers ... Lourdes has been outshot 150-70 this season ... Sarah Przyojski, Amelia McCourt, and Jordin Rawski are serving as team captains this season.
