KANSAS CITY, Mo. (LourdesAthletics.com) – Lourdes University competitive dance team's senior Kelli Altman has been named to the 2025 NAIA Competitive Dance All-America Third Team, as announced following the Ninth-Annual 2025 Nfinity NAIA Competitive Dance National Championship.
Altman, a key member of the Lourdes University Dance Team, earned this prestigious honor based on her impressive performance throughout the season. The All-America teams are determined by judges' evaluations at the national competition, with the top 14 scores (including ties) earning First-Team honors, the next 14 (including ties) being named to the Second Team, and the final 14 (including ties) being named to the Third Team.
This recognition highlights Altman's exceptional dedication, skill, and contribution to the Lourdes Dance Team, marking a significant milestone as she becomes the first dancer in program history to receive this honor. Her performance at the WHAC Championship not only demonstrated her talent but also her leadership on the team, helping to elevate the program's status on the national stage.
Altman is one of several outstanding student-athletes who were honored across the nation, with the St. Ambrose (Iowa) Dance Team leading the charge with seven First-Team All-Americans. The 2025 national champions, Midland, followed closely behind with four First-Team selections.
