Lourdes University Athletics

Brett Young was a two year starter for the Penn Hills basketball team in Pittsburgh, PA. He was also chosen to serve on the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) Quad A All Section Team. Young averaged 19 points and 11 rebounds per game during his senior year. Additionally, Young was named MVP of the Penn Hills Rotary Classic Basketball Tournament (27 points, 16 rebounds). After high school he entered the IMG Basketball Academy in Bradenton, FL – where he was also chosen to serve on the All Tournament Team at the Polk County Basketball Tournament. Brett was instrumental in the IMG Basketball Academy Team winning the Hoops Group Basketball Tournament in Providence Rhode Island. He also helped the team achieve second place in the same tournament in Pittsburgh. Brett will play the forward position for the Gray Wolves.
