Gray Wolves Lose To Baldwin Wallace

It was another tough afternoon for the Lourdes University Baseball team as they traveled to take on NCAA Div.III Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, OH at Heritage Field. The Gray Wolves fell to the Yellow Jackets 20-0.

The Gray Wolves were stymied at the plate managing zero runs on 4 hits. Defensively the Gray Wolves suffered giving up 7 errors. The Yellow Jackets finished with 20 runs on 18 hits and 1 error.

Austin Gunn, Brad Gennari, Phil Dysard and Mark Oehlers were the only hits that Lourdes produced on the day.

Jeremy Reynolds took the loss for the Gray Wolves going 3.1 innings giving up 8 earned runs on 8 hits while striking out 3 and walking 4.

The Gray Wolves return home this Friday and Saturday against Indiana Tech in their final homestand. The games start at 1pm both days.

Lourdes overall record falls to 8-41 and 1-23 in the WHAC.
