King's Row
Lourdes (0-1) midday match against Tiffin (1-0) began with the Gray Wolves attacking on the hybrid map 'King's Row'. After an initial team fight that lasted two minutes, the Gray Wolves managed to a successful push the next fight to capture the first point. Once Point A was won, the team transitioned on to pushing the payload toward point B. Although the team escorted it to right before the second checkpoint, they were held to just one point. Once the teams swapped sides, the matchup seemed to be just as even. However, a timely ultimate by one of the opposing damage players gave the Dragons the first point. The Gray Wolves attempted to hold Tiffin at bay but were defeated as the Dragons delivered the final distance.Â

Lijiang Tower
The second map chosen was the control map Lijiang Tower. The first point that came up was Garden and although both teams came out with the same composition, Tiffin was able to get to point first and entrench themselves, winning the first round. The second point decided was Control Center. This point fared better for the Gray Wolves as they took control of the point first. Despite a strategic role switch by Lourdes, the Dragons were able to still gain control of the point, thus winning the map and the match 2-0.
