Drew Junion (La Grange, Ky./North Oldham H.S.) was named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Overwatch Player of the Year as the league handed out its annual esports honors.
In addition to being named Player of the Year, Junion was also a First Team All-WHAC honoree along with
Jade Ochollah (Uxbridge, Mass./Blackstone Valley Tech) and
Jason Almony (Monkton, Md./Hereford H.S.) in Overwatch.
Isaac Kwaske-O'Neil (Portland, Ore./Liberty H.S.) and
Grant Bridges (Coldwater, Mich./Coldwater H.S.) garnered Second Team All-WHAC honors in Overwatch.
Bridges also represented Lourdes on the WHAC Champions of Character Team while
Devin Rooks (Toledo, Ohio/Whitmer H.S.) and
Mike Stibal (Commerce Township, Mich./Lakeland H.S.) were both named to the WHAC All-Academic Team.
Bridges was tabbed to the Champions of Character Team for displaying the five core values of NAIA: integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
The WHAC All-Academic Team which honors those student-athletes who are a junior or above in academic standing, have at least a 3.25 cumulative grade point average, and have been a member of their institution for at least one full year.
