The Lourdes University baseball team was selected to finish eighth place in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference for the upcoming 2023 baseball season as selected by the league's head coaches.
 
The Gray Wolves tallied 60 points in the balloting and were selected just behind Cornerstone and ahead of Aquinas.  Northwestern Ohio, which garnered 11 of the 12 first place votes, was picked as the league favorite, while Lawrence Tech was chosen second.
 
Madonna, which received the other first place vote, was tabbed third, followed by Indiana Tech and Concordia (Mich.).  Cleary was chosen sixth.  Siena Heights was picked 10^th while Rochester (Mich.) and Michigan-Dearborn round out the poll in 11^th and 12^th place respectively.
 
Lourdes went 25-22 overall and 9-13 in WHAC play in 2022, placing eighth in the final league standings.
