Andrew Sviben has signed a letter of intent to play volleyball at Lourdes University beginning this fall, head coach Greg Reitz has announced.
 
A native of Bressler, Pa., Sviben was a three-year letterwinner at Central Dauphin East High School.
 
"Andrew is a great addition for the Lourdes men's volleyball program," Reitz said.  "He brings with him a wealth of experience competing and a passion for success.  I expect him to compete for time as an outside hitter once he arrives on campus."
 
Sviben was named a Mid-Penn Conference All-Star as a senior along with serving as a team captain for the Panthers in 2022.
 
Upon arriving at Lourdes, Sviben intends to major in business administration.
