Lourdes University had 21 of its athletic programs named NAIA Scholar Teams for the 2022-2023 academic year as part of the NAIA's annual awards day.
 
For a team to be considered for the NAIA Scholar Team award, it must have a minimum 3.0 grade-point average (on a 4.0 scale) as defined by the institution.  The team grade-point average includes all eligible varsity student-athletes.
 
Earning the honor for Lourdes were the Gray Wolf baseball, competitive cheer, competitive dance, men's cross country, men's soccer, men's tennis, men's golf, men's volleyball, men's lacrosse, men's wrestling, men's outdoor track and field, softball, women's basketball, women's cross country, women's soccer, women's bowling, women's golf, women's wrestling, women's lacrosse, women's outdoor track and field, and women's volleyball teams.
 
Women's soccer led all Lourdes teams with a 3.59 GPA for the year while women's wrestling posted a 3.51 team GPA.
