BRIGHTON, Mich. (LourdesAthletics.com) — The Lourdes University women's golf team earned another top-five finish as the Gray Wolves carded a team 378, good for fourth among nine competing members at the second Cleary University invite of the fall season. 

Finishing in the top spot was the host Cougars with a 349 team total, while Spring Arbor (357), and Siena Heights University (360) rounded out the top three with the Gray Wolves following in fourth.  

Playing at the Oak Pointe Country Club, sophomore Claire Recker finished tied for second with two other players, shooting an 84 on the par-71 course, just two shots over the top-finisher, Jana LEsperance from Cleary.

The women's team will return to competition Monday, Oct. 14, as the Gray Wolves prepare for the second and final Lourdes invite of the fall season.
