SYLVANIA, Ohio – Lourdes University's Claire Recker (Findlay, Ohio/Van Buren) has been named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week following her standout performance at the Lourdes Fall Finale on Monday at Sylvania Country Club.

Recker helped guide the Gray Wolves to the team championship, finishing tied for third place individually with a round of 82 (+10). Her score led all Lourdes golfers and helped the Gray Wolves edge Ohio Northern by two strokes for the program's first team title of the 2025-26 season.

This marks the first weekly WHAC honor of the season for Recker, who has been the Gray Wolves' top finisher in multiple events this fall.

"Claire continues to lead our team with her consistency and composure," said head coach Gil Guerrero. "She's worked hard to elevate her game, and this recognition is well deserved after helping us close the fall season with a win at home."

Recker and the Gray Wolves have completed their fall schedule and will return to action when the spring season begins in March.
