Women's Bowling Place Third, Men Sixth at Warrior Classic

Kramer and McLe Earn Top-Five Finishes in Flint, Mich.

FLINT, Mich. (LourdesAthletics.com) — The Lourdes University men's and women's bowling teams turned in strong performances at the Warrior Classic, hosted by Rochester Christian University at Richfield Bowl on Saturday, Nov. 23. The women secured a third-place finish out of 14 teams with a total pinfall of 5,330, while the men placed sixth among 12 squads with a team score of 5,969.

Rochester Christian captured the women's title with a total pinfall of 5,504, followed by Alma College (5,385) and Lourdes University (5,330) in second and third, respectively.

On the men's side, Indiana Wesleyan University took home the top spot with a pinfall of 6,554, while Olivet University (6,436) and Rochester Christian (6,275) rounded out the top three.

Individually, freshman Reece Kramer led the Gray Wolves' men's squad, finishing fourth out of 113 bowlers. Kramer tallied 861 pins across four games, with scores of 227, 183, 237, and 214, for a tournament average of 215.5.

For the women, Dezaray McIe paced Lourdes with a fifth-place individual finish in a competitive field of 120 bowlers. She posted scores of 213, 140, 203, and 212, totaling 768 pins for a 192 average.
