LIVONIA, Mich. (LourdesAthletics.com) — The Lourdes University men's and women's bowling teams competed in the WHAC #2 event held at Imperial Lanes in Livonia, Michigan, over the weekend.
The Gray Wolves' men's team secured a 10th-place finish out of 12 competing schools, totaling a pinfall of 5,714 across three traditional games and four Baker sets. The women's team mirrored this effort, also finishing 10th out of 12 teams, with a total of 5,254 pins.
Individually, freshman Reece Kramer continued his strong start to the season, leading the Lourdes men with a third-place finish after posting a score of 679. On the women's side, Dezaray McIe had an outstanding outing, finishing second overall with a total score of 652.
The Lourdes men posted scores of 831, 957, and 996 in their three traditional games, showcasing a strong performance in the second game. They followed this with four Baker sets, scoring 744, 733, 749, and 704. Their best traditional game saw them reach 996 pins.
On the women's side, the team recorded game scores of 816, 844, and 970 across their three traditional games, with their highest-scoring game at 970 pins. In the Baker sets, they totaled 620, 646, 656, and 702, showing steady improvement through the rounds.
