For the second straight day, Lourdes men's lacrosse team will have its attempt at playing its 2024 season opener cancelled as Sunday's neutral site contest against No. 8 William Penn has been cancelled due to unplayable field conditions caused by wintery weather in Saint Louis, Mo.
 
The Gray Wolves next attempt to open their 2024 season next Saturday afternoon, Feb. 24, as the Gray Wolves travel to Alma, Mich. to battle Alma.  The opening faceoff is set for 1 p.m. at Bahlke Field.
