Upcoming in Gray Wolves Lacrosse: Lourdes takes to the road on Wednesday afternoon to face another nationally-ranked opponent as the Gray Wolves face sixth-ranked Concordia (Mich.). Lourdes then returns to Ottawa Hills H.S. on Saturday to celebrate Senior Day with a contest against Taylor.
Head Coach Will Lowe: In his first season on the Lourdes bench,
Will Lowe has a 3-5 (.375) record at the helm of the Gray Wolves. Lowe is in his fifth season as a collegiate head coach, sporting a 25-28 (.472) career mark. He is only the second head coach in Lourdes program's history.
Series Notes: Lourdes holds a 4-2 all-time advantage against Concordia (Mich.) in a series that dates back to 2017. The Cardinals won last year's contest at Wildcat Stadium 14-4. The Gray Wolves are 2-0 against Concordia all-time in Ann Arbor, Mich. Lourdes and Taylor have split their four previous meetings 2-2 in a series that began in 2019. The Trojans have won the last two meetings against the Gray Wolves, downing Lourdes 12-7 in Upland, Ind. last year. Lourdes is 2-0 against Taylor all-time in Gray Wolf home games.
Wrapping Up Last Week: In a game that was tight after one quarter, Indiana Tech used a 15-0 run over the middle two periods to break the game open on the way to a 22-5 triumph.
Garrett Boersma scored three times for the Gray Wolves while
Xander Slate and
Tim Weaver both made four stops in the cage.
Scouting Concordia (Mich.): The Cardinals have won six straight games after downing Madonna 16-7 on Saturday afternoon. Andrew Simmons leads 33 total points on the year. Cooper Regimbal is the team's goal scoring leader with 27 while Hunter McCarty has handed out a team-high 14 assists. Concordia has 12 players with 12 or more points this season. In goal, Sam Bowling has played a majority of the minutes, sporting an 8.79 goals against average and a .555 save percentage.
Scouting Taylor: The Trojans have dropped four straight games after falling 12-5 to Aquinas last Saturday afternoon. Aidan Craig leads Aquinas with 61 points this season, having handed out 55 assists. Reid Gerig has scored 23 times while Jackson Dale has added 20 goals as the duo each have 25 total points. In goal, Ben Harrell has played a majority of the minutes, sporting an 11.83 goals against average and a .494 save percentage.
Another Ranked Foe: Lourdes will be facing its second straight NAIA top-10 opponent on Wednesday at Concordia (Mich.) and third of the season. All-time, the Gray Wolves are 13-25 against ranked competition.

On the All-Time Lists: Caden Louthan has moved into 10th place on the Gray Wolves' career points and goals list. He enters the week with 87 career points, trailing Casey Hilfinger (2015-2018) by three for ninth on the all-time charts. Louthan's 56 goals are one behind Tyler Pezzot (2018-2022) for ninth on that list as well.
Leading the Offense: Kalani Hale and
Caden Louthan have paced the offense thus far this season. Louthan has a team-leading 27 total points, including a team-best 12 assists. Hale has scored a team-high 21 goals and has 25 total points.
Hayden Barber is also in double figures in the scoring column, having found the back of the cage 10 times while dishing out seven assists for 17 total points.
