Facing its third nationally-ranked foe of the season on Wednesday night, Lourdes dropped a 25-21, 25-14, 25-11 decision to 22^nd-ranked Davenport in its final regular season road contest of the season.
 
The Panthers held the Gray Wolves to -.065 hitting for the evening and Davenport recorded 12 blocks in the victory.
 
Keyonna Gregory (Holland, Mich./Springfield H.S.) led the way for Lourdes with eight kills while hitting .294 on the evening and Sam Dibert (Hartland, Mich./Hartland H.S.) added seven more kills.  Michi Jiminez (Vega Baja, P.R./Juan Quirindongo Morell H.S.) notched a match-high 15 digs for the Gray Wolves.
 
Lourdes hung tight in the opening set, and was tied with the Panthers at 21 before Davenport scored the final four points, three on Gray Wolf attack errors.  The Panthers used a 6-0 run early in set two to build a 13-6 advantage and then forced 13 attack errors by Lourdes in the final set while going on a 13-3 run to put the match away.
 
Nicole Chase led Davenport (27-9, 9-1 WHAC) with nine kills while Lexie Spetoskey registered 11 kills in the victory.  Hannah Stone had seven blocks for the Panthers.
 
Lourdes (15-11, 4-6) will return to Tam-o-Shanter on Saturday afternoon to begin the final homestand of the regular season.  The Gray Wolves will host Calumet beginning at 11 a.m. before battling Huntington at 3 p.m.
