Upcoming in Gray Wolves Soccer: Lourdes will wrap up its regular season with a road tilt at Concordia on Wednesday afternoon before capping off the 2018 regular season on Senior Day as it welcomes Siena Heights to Wildcat Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Head Coach Barry Spitzer: In his fourth season on the Lourdes bench,
Barry Spitzer has an 20-37-5 (.363) record at the helm of the Gray Wolves as well as a men's soccer collegiate head coach at four-year programs. He is the only head coach in Lourdes program's history.
Series Notes: Lourdes trails both Concordia and Siena Heights in the all-time series by a 2-1 margin. The Gray Wolves defeated Concordia in the two teams' first ever meeting in 2015 and posted its lone victory over Siena Heights during the 2016 season.
Wrapping Up Last Week: Lourdes is looking to get back on track after dropping a pair of contests to Madonna and Lawrence Tech last week.
Scouting Concordia: The Cardinals currently sit in sixth place in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference standings with nine points. They are currently two points ahead of Cleary and Siena Heights, who currently own the final two WHAC Tournament bids. Anthony Tucker and Charlie Miles currently pace the Cardinal offense with four goals each, while Tucker's two assists are tied for first on the team. Defensively, Spencer Ward is the anchor between the posts for the Cardinals. Ward leads the team and WHAC, and it tied for 16th nationally, with 89 saves. The netminder also leads the conference with 5.93 saves per contest.
Scouting Siena Heights: The Saints are currently in a two-way tie for seventh place in the WHAC standings with two games remaining on their schedule. Siena Heights is looking to make its first appearance in the WHAC Tournament since the 2013 season. Offensively, Justin Gray leads the way with six goals, while teammate Matt Lentine ranks second with four goals. Brent Rodden currently leads the team and is tied for fourth in the WHAC, with five assists. The Saints have seen three athletes share time in the goal, with the bulk of the load being split between Leo Hisamatsu and Andrew Kozan. Each have posted a shutout, while Hisamatsu's 50 saves leads the group and Kozan's 1.94 GAA leads the way.
Senior Day: Lourdes will celebrate its three seniors on Saturday when it concludes the regular season against Siena Heights.

Brett Chasnick has appeared in 34 career matches for Lourdes, the fifth-best mark in school history. Chasnick has one assist during his career.
Looking to Qualify for the WHAC Tournament: Lourdes has a tough road ahead and will need some help in order to make this season's WHAC Tournament. The Gray Wolves are currently 11th of 12 teams in the WHAC with the top-eight teams advancing to tournament play. Only five points separate Lourdes from the sixth seed in the standings, while only three points separate the Gray Wolves from one of the final two seeds that advance to the WHAC Tournament. A total of six points separate the final seven teams of the WHAC standings entering the final week of regular season action.
Approaching The Single Season Mark: As a team, the Gray Wolves have posted 81 saves. The single-season school record is 89 saves, set by the 2017 Gray Wolf squad. Lourdes is on pace to break the current record .

With two more appearances in goal, Chokr will tie the single-season record for most appearances in goal (16). Chokr is also within eight minutes in goal from ranking second in a single-season at Lourdes in minutes played in goal. His 63 saves this season currently rank second in a season at Lourdes.
Searching For A Home Victory: Lourdes enters the week still searching for its first home victory of the season. The Gray Wolves played a tough Indiana Tech team to a 0-0 draw in September but have not found much success at friendly confines this season.
