Final Results

Lourdes finished its second Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree of the season in ninth place at Twin Lakes Golf Club in Oakland Township, Mich.
 
The Gray Wolves fired a final round 377 to finish the event at 740, 12 strokes behind eighth place Cornerstone.  Indiana Tech won the tournament at 591 (299-292), 22 shots in front of runner-up Northwestern Ohio (304-309).
 
"We hit the ball really well today," head coach Gil Guerrero said after the tournament.  "Unfortunately our short game and putting really hurt us.  We had way too many three puts and bad chips."
 
Skyler Henry (Swartz Creek, Mich./Swartz Creek H.S.) led the way for the Gray Wolves in the final round, shooting a 91 to post a 36-hole total of 180.  Makenzie Fannin (Centerburg, Ohio/Centerburg H.S.) matched Henry's 180 total after firing a round of 93 on the 6,009-yard, par-71 layout.
 
Jordan Bucher (North Baltimore, Ohio/North Baltimore H.S.) completed her first collegiate 36-hole event with a second round 96 to post 189 while Jenne' Venier (Pemberville, Ohio/Eastwood H.S.) shot 97 on day two to finish at 196.  Tina Kindler (Fort Wayne, Ind./Carroll H.S.) carded a final round 104 to finish the event at 198.
 
Indiana Tech's Carisa Graft and Northwestern Ohio's Natalia Quintero shared medalist honors after each posted 146 for the tournament.
 
Lourdes will return to action for the final WHAC jamboree of the season on Oct. 10-11 when the Gray Wolves head to Northville Hills Golf Club in Northville, Mich.  The first round begins at 11 a.m. on Oct. 10.
