YORKTOWN, Ind. – The Lourdes women's golf team finished in 6
th place out of 12 teams in the WHAC Championships in Yorktown, Indiana on Tuesday afternoon.
The Gray Wolves finished with a +186 final score, just three strokes away from their 7
th top-five finish of the season. Lourdes finished better than Michigan-Dearborn, Cornerstone, Indiana Tech, Defiance, Siena Heights and RCU in the event. The final team results are posted below.

Leading the way individually for Lourdes was second-team All-WHAC selection
Claire Recker. Claire finished in 3
rd place in the event with a +21, just nine strokes away from the top medalist position. Recker also was selected to the WHAC Champions of Character team.
Winning the WHAC Championships was UNOH's Molly Douglas. WHAC Women's Golfer of the Year, Lawrence Tech's Tanawan Vetchayanvivat, finished in 2
nd place with a +16.
Shauna White finished in 2
nd for Lourdes with a +30 final score. She placed in 13
th place overall in the competition. Rounding out the top-three finishers for the Gray Wolves was
Kenzie Richardson. Kenzie finished in 34
th place out of the 57 competitors with a +61 final.
The Women's Golf WHAC Championships were the last ever sporting event to take place for Lourdes University, concluding a 17-year storied athletic department's final chapter.
