Final Results

Lourdes University posted a team score of 389 on Tuesday at the Cleary Invitational at Chemung Hills Golf Club in Howell, Mich. as the Gray Wolves returned to action for the second straight day.
 
The Gray Wolves finished two shots in front of fourth place Cornerstone in the field of five schools.  Cleary won its own tournament with a score of 353, six strokes ahead of runner-up Aquinas.
 
Tina Kindler (Fort Wayne, Ind./Carroll H.S.) led the way for Lourdes with a round of 91 on the 6,097-yard, par-72 layout.  The freshman finished in 10^th place, posting her third top-10 finish in her first four collegiate events.
 
Makenzie Fannin (Centerburg, Ohio/Centerburg H.S.) added a round of 95 while Lydia Quinn (Bloomington, Ind./South H.S.) fired a 101 for the Gray Wolves on the afternoon.  Lydia Smith (North Baltimore, Ohio/Van Buren H.S.) added a 102 to complete the scoring while Morgan Altenbach (Lima, Ohio/Shawnee H.S.) carded a 108 to round out the lineup.
 
Lourdes will return to Chemung Hills for its next event on Sept. 27-28 for the first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree of the season.  Action begins on day one at 11:30 a.m.
