Smith Earns WHAC Accolades: Cammy Smith was named the WHAC Defender of the Week after notching 21 blocks in three matches.  The senior set a school single match record with 10 blocks on Saturday in the loss to Cornerstone.

Hall Has Big Weekend: After missing several matches, McKenna Hall returned to the lineup and put down 17 kills in just four sets against Aquinas on Friday night before tallying 22 more in the five-set contest against Cornerstone on Saturday.  Hall leads Lourdes with 194 kills (2.98/set) this season.

Keeping the Streak Alive: Alli Plasencio has tallied double figure dig totals in all 22 matches thus far this season, averaging 5.04 digs per set, third most in the WHAC this year.  The fifth-year senior has tallied 10 or more digs in 43 consecutive matches dating back to last season.  Saturday she tallied a season-high 32 digs against Cornerstone.

Plasencio All Over the Record Books: Alli Plasencio has moved into second place all-time in program history with 1,960 career digs.  She trails school record-holder Michi Jimenez's (2012-2015) 2,143 digs by 183.  Plasencio also ranks second all-time with 113 service aces, trailing just Lexie Curtis' (2013-2016) 164 on the chart.  Plasencio ranks third in school history having appeared in 457 sets all-time, three behind Stef Comte's (2013-2016) second place total.  Plasencio is also third having played in 126 career matches, six appearances shy of Jimenez for second all-time in a Lourdes uniform.

Also in the Record Books: Cammy Smith has climbed into fourth place on the blocks list with 175, trailing Ave Stout (2015-2016) by 19 for third place.  Katey Stakolich is fifth in school history with 1,114 career assists, needing six more to match Lexie Curtis (2013-2016) for fourth place.

This and That: Alli Plasencio is the lone Gray Wolf to appear in all 76 sets this season ... Plasencio needs 40 more digs to reach 2,000 for her career ... the five-set win over Aquinas was the Gray Wolves' first since Sept. 29, 2021  against Lawrence Tech.
