Head Coach Greg Reitz: In his 13th season on the Lourdes bench, Greg Reitz has a 222-171 (.565) record at the helm of the Gray Wolves.  In his 15th season overall as a women's head coach, Reitz has a 242-206 (.540) career mark.  He is the only head coach in Lourdes program's history and was named WHAC Coach of the Year in 2015.

Series Notes: Lourdes holds a 17-4 series edge against Lawrence Tech dating back to Sept. 17, 2011.  The Gray Wolves swept the season series from the Blue Devils last year, winning in five sets on the road and in straight sets at home.  Lourdes holds a 7-3 edge in Southfield, Mich.  The Gray Wolves are 14-12 all-time against Siena Heights in a series that began Sept. 10, 2010.  The Saints swept the season series in 2021, sweeping the match in Adrian, Mich. and winning in four sets in the Ebeid Rec Center.  Siena Heights holds an 8-4 edge in matches played in Adrian.  Lourdes is 15-3 against Michigan-Dearborn going back to Aug. 28, 2010.  The two schools split their meetings last season, each defending its own home court.  The Gray Wolves are 4-0 all-time against the Wolverines inside the Ebeid Rec Center.

Wrapping Up Last Week: Lourdes was swept at home by Indiana Tech 2-20, 25-17, 25-22 on Wednesday despite 10 kills from McKenna Hall and 22 digs from Alli Plasencio.  On Friday, the Gray Wolves fell to Rochester (Mich.) 21-25, 25-19, 25-7, 25-23.  Hall had a team-high nine kills while Plasencio tallied 29 digs.  The week ended with a 14-25, 25-21, 25-20, 25-23 victory over Madonna on Saturday.  Hall had 18 kills and Plasencio recorded 24 digs.

Keeping the Streak Alive: Alli Plasencio has tallied double figure dig totals in all 14 matches thus far this season, averaging 5.21 digs per set, third most in the WHAC this year.  The fifth-year senior has tallied 10 or more digs in 35 consecutive matches dating back to last season.

Mixing Up the Lineups: Lourdes has seen a variety of combinations on the court this season. Over the first 47 sets, 14 different players have appeared in at least 11 of them.

Plasencio All Over the Record Books: Alli Plasencio has moved into second place all-time in program history with 1,822 career digs.  She trails school record-holder Michi Jimenez's (2012-2015) 2,143 digs by 321.  Plasencio also ranks second all-time with 108 service aces, trailing just Lexie Curtis' (2013-2016) 164 on the chart.  Plasencio ranks third in school history having appeared in 428 sets all-time, 32 behind Stef Comte's (2013-2016) second place total.  Plasencio is tied for third with Curtis having played in 118 career matches, 14 appearances shy of Jimenez for second all-time in a Lourdes uniform.

Also in the Record Books: Kylee McBride has moved into eighth all-time at Lourdes with 584 career kills.  She needs 14 more to move into seventh place and match Katie McKenty's (2012-2014) total.  Cammy Smith has climbed into fourth place on the blocks list with 148, trailing Ave Stout (2015-2016) by 46 for third place.  Katey Stakolich is fifth in school history with 920 career assists, needing 200 more to match Lexie Curtis (2013-2016) for fourth place.

This and That: Lourdes has 88 service aces against just 78 errors on the year ... Alli Plasencio is the lone Gray Wolf to appear in all 47 sets this season ... the Gray Wolves have not lost this season when tallying more kills and hitting a better percentage than their opponents.
