Final Results

Lourdes saw its three-match winning streak come to an end on Friday afternoon as the Gray Wolves dropped a 7-0 match to Indiana Tech at Wildwood Racquet Club in Fort Wayne, Ind.
 
Victor Dieltiens (Altea, Spain/Sint Eduardus [Belgium]) and Joshua Parish (Columbus, Ohio/Cristo Rey H.S.) played a tight match at number one doubles before falling 6-4 while Luis Guzman (Santo Domingo, D.R./Cranston East [R.I.] H.S.) and Jaden Coley (Columbus, Ohio/Reynoldsburg H.S.) fell 6-3 at the second spot.  Indiana Tech (5-3, 2-1 WHAC) completed the doubles sweep at the third sport, defeating Alvaro Trillo-Sanchez (Madrid, Spain/Churchill County [Nev.] H.S.) and Theo Casadei (Annecy Le Vieux, France/CNED) 6-2.
 
Parish forced a third set at second singles before dropping his match 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 while Dieltiens suffered a 6-3, 6-4 setback at the top of the lineup.  Casadei played a first set tie-break before falling 7-6 (6), 6-4 at the third spot while Aryan Mittal (Ghaziabad, India/DPS Indirapuram) fell 6-0, 6-3 at number four singles.  Trillo-Sanchez lost his fifth singles contest 6-2, 6-4 while Guzman fell 6-3, 6-3 to round out the lineup.
 
Lourdes (3-5, 2-2) was scheduled to host Huntington on Saturday, but that match was cancelled.  The Gray Wolves will now return to the courts on Sunday afternoon as the Gray Wolves remain on the road to face John Carroll. The opening serve is set for 12:30 p.m. at Short Family Tennis Center in University Heights, Ohio.
