Lourdes saw its 2023-2024 men's tennis season come to a close on Wednesday morning as the Gray Wolves dropped a 4-0 decision to Indiana Tech in the second round of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference tournament at Midland Tennis Center in Midland, Mich.
"I am immeasurably proud of the effort put forth by these men today" head coach
Epifani Jones said afterwards. "Throughout the challenges of the season, each month they got stronger, smarter, and more bonded, and today's matches represented the best cumulative performance since the onset of the program. For six men to carry the spring contests with positivity, empathy, and grace is more than I could ask for, and it was an apex moment as a coach."
