Final Results
Lourdes saw its 2024 outdoor track season come to a end on Friday afternoon with a 10
th place finish at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships held at Warrior Park in Fort Wayne, Ind.

The Gray Wolves finished the two-day meet with eight total points.

Jenna Ramsey (Toledo, Ohio/Emmanuel Christian H.S.) led the way in the 1500m run, turning in a time of 5:01.38 to finish the race in sixth place overall.Â
Laurynn Garcia (McAllen, Texas/Rowe H.S.) ran her season's best time in the event, finishing in 5:33.42 while
Olivia Waterstradt (Dundee, Mich./Dundee H.S.) did the same in the race, posting a time of 5:43.39.

Ramsey then shattered her own school record in the 5000m run, posting a time of 19:43.29, bettering her previous mark set earlier this season by more than 26 seconds.

Natalie Samples (Wolverine Lake, Mich./Walled Lake Central H.S.) had the top time for the Gray Wolves in the 400m run, finishing in 1:06.16. Samples followed her 400m performance up with a time of 28.65 seconds in the 200m, a season's best mark.

Aliyah Perez (Norwalk, Ohio/Western Reserve H.S.) had Lourdes fastest 800m time of the day, crossing the finish line in 2:30.45, her season's best. Garcia also had a season's best mark in the event with her time of 2:41.98 as did
Madelynn DuBois (Sylvania, Ohio/Central Catholic H.S.) and
A'maya Hodges (Toledo, Ohio/Springfield H.S.) with the duo finishing in 2:45.08 and 2:46.23 respectively.Â
Taylor Imus (Portage, Mich./Central H.S.) also ran a season's best 800m with her time of 2:51.28.

Lourdes concluded the meet with a seventh place finish in the 4x400m relay. The team of Hodges, Imus, Perez, and Samples crossed the finish line with a time of 4:30.62.

Indiana Tech won the team championship with a total of 197 points, 44 more than runner-up Cornerstone.
